For all the new followers I've received lately! Particularly on Bloglovin' - it's great to see some old faces - talking about you Tempest! I think it was my 'Accessories' collaboration with Rosy that brought it on ... Thanks so much and I'll make a big effort to stay interesting! I also realise I haven't finished off my last 'Liebster Award' from Tanya either ... will try and get it done in the next few days .....

I've been a bit naughty in displaying this on my blog yet not finishing it off properly.  I've been so busy that I kept putting it off and I also didn't want to give it to anyone who already has it.  Now is the best time really, as I met some lovely new people over the weekend, so I hope they don't mind if I award it to some of them as well as my usual blog haunts!  I do know that award receipt can be a bit time consuming!  Not that I'm complaining - I love to get them and thanks Beata of Red Point Tailor for this one. The Versatile Blogger

1.  I'm learning to speak Italian (Ciao bella!)
2.  My middle name is Margaret (it's where 'Marguerite Designs' comes from, and the fact that I like the flowers...).
3.  I've met and spoken to Prince Charles (it was at Sandringham Flower Show and he asked if I grew my own vegetables!).
4.  I won a design competition at college for my umbrella cover (very apt for someone from Manchester).
5.  I collect owls (any sort - except real ones!).
6.  I am a member of the Women's Institute.
7.  I was East Midlands Sales Assistant of the Year in 1988 (for a major credit card company).
