A Crafty Afternoon

My mum's neighbour is retiring from work and wanted to know how to put together some little parting gifts for colleagues, so we spent some time cutting, sticking and tying and came up with this.  Cute isn't it!  Only 16 more to go ... (though I don't have to do that!).
